If you aren’t in a position to attend classes on the Anderson University campus, you can opt for completely online participation in the Master of Ministry program. The online M.Min. is designed to let you get a quality graduation theological degree in a convenient format designed for adult learners.

Why the Anderson Master of Ministry is your best choice

Fully Accredited. Why accept lesser-quality online programs when you can work on an accredited program like the M.Min. at AU? (The M.Min. is regionally accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. SACS.) Before you enroll in any graduate degree program, make sure it is regionally accredited, which is the educational standard for quality programs.

Creative Delivery. While many online programs consist entirely of reading text, the M.Min. features weekly teaching from top teachers, delivered right to your own computer via streaming video. And one night a week, you have the chance to participate in an interactive online class meeting with the professor and other students – a chance to dig deeper, discuss the material, ask questions, and check on assignments or other issues. The M.Min. online gives you a taste of the authentic classroom experience without moving to campus.

Convenient for You. With the M.Min. from Anderson, you have the ability to study on your own schedule and at your own pace. Each week you’ll receive access a series of 30-minute teaching models, that you can download and watch at your convenience. And if you can’t participate in the weekly interactive online class gatherings, you can watch them later via the archived sessions. In fact, the only time you have to visit the campus is the final course in the program, offered during one week in the summer.

Build Relationships. Unlike many online programs where you are isolated from teachers and other students, the Anderson M.Min. allows you to get to know your professors and colleagues through the weekly online class sessions, plus the annual two-day student-faculty retreat that precedes the fall terms. That retreat lets you get to know your profs and other students, while also sharing rich learning time with veteran ministry leaders like Calvin Miller, Jim Henry and others. (The annual retreat is not required, but it is encouraged to let you get maximum value from the program.)

Low Cost. Despite the excellence of the educational program, the M.Min. is offered at a lower cost than the typical seminary program. At a cost of just $290 a credit hour, the entire 42-hour degree program costs just over $12,000 (plus the cost of books and your Logos Bible Software). And loans are available if you need to spread the cost.
