ANDERSON, SC - The College of Christian Studies at Anderson University will host a 10-day travel excursion to Israel December 28th through January 7th in cooperation with Walking With The Prophets.

Dr. Michael Duduit, dean of the College of Christian Studies, will lead the group, departing from Atlanta and flying straight to Tel Aviv, where those in attendance will visit such familiar cities in the Bible as Jerusalem, Nazareth, and Bethlehem as well as many others.

1. What’s your favorite book of the Bible and why?

Usually, whatever book through which I'm preaching! When preaching through a book of the Bible, I get so immersed in the author's thoughts and intentions that I feel as though I'm swimming in it for weeks on end.

ANDERSON, S.C. – The College of Christian Studies at Anderson University has added two experienced pastors as the two newest members of its growing faculty.

1. What’s your favorite book of the Bible? Why?

It may sound strange and a bit dark, but I would say the book of Judges. Perhaps no book in the Bible speaks to our postmodern, pluralistic, hedonistic culture (and church!) like the book of Judges, where God’s people can be wholly absorbed with the world (“everyone did what was right in his own eyes”). 

Anderson University’s College of Christian Studies will begin undergraduate programs in Youth Ministry and Pastoral Ministry beginning this fall.

The new programs will allow current and future AU students to gain specialized training in important areas of ministry service, according to Michael Duduit, Dean of the College of Christian Studies. Students studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry will be take advantage of new concentrations in Youth Ministry or in Pastoral Ministry.
